Fried cod with tangerines
Gourmet hot appetizer with a creamy sauce. For the contest "give me tonight".

Ingredients

  • Cod

    500 g

  • Mandarin

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Spices

Cod fillet cut into portion pieces, lightly sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Tangerine wash, clean and disassemble into slices.

Fillet fry in vegetable oil on each side. To impose slices of oranges and sprinkle with lemon zest.
