Cake
I love cheese "Omichka". And decided to cook a cake. In this recipe, two cakes and two cream. The cake turns out very tender and soft!

Let us first sour cream. Bring down the cream gradually adding the condensed milk. Continue whisking until desired consistency. Put into the fridge.

Now prepare the strawberry cake. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar white. Add the strawberry cheese "Omichka" and whisk.

Separately, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt in a lush mass. Gradually add the whites to the strawberry mass, stirring gently with a spatula.

Add sifted dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and starch). Stir. Pour the batter into the pan (I have a form 26cm). Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180*. When the cake is ready, allow it to cool.

At this time, make a yoghurt cake. Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the baking soda with the yogurt and add it to the whipped mass and mix.

Gradually add the sifted flour, mix well. Pour the batter into the pan (mine is 26 cm). Bake in preheated oven 35-40 minutes. When the cake is ready, allow it to cool.

The cooled cake cut into 2 parts. So I got 4 of the cake.

Make the chocolate cream. Whisk cream to hard peaks. Add chocolate "Omichka" and beat again. Leave the cream aside. Now make a decoration of white chocolate. To do this, melt the chocolate in a water bath. The resulting mass is put in the confectionery syringe and on film (or parchment paper) making patterns. Then put into the fridge to solidify.

Collect the cake. First take the strawberry cake and coat it sour cream. Then cover yogurty layer, fluff sour cream. Then again cover with strawberry cake, coat and cover yogurty cake.

Now coat the sides and top of chocolate cream. And decorate at will. I first posted at the top of the marmalade and the remaining cut slices to form a rose. And was decorated with rosettes around white chocolate. Then the remaining chocolate cream using a pastry syringe, squeezed the cream on the top. That's all! You only have to send the cake in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
