Description

Gentle casserole with fruit
This tender and tasty casserole you can cook with apricots, peaches, plums and other fruits/berries. I've done plum, I really like baking with them.

Ingredients

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Semolina

    125 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Drain

    12 piece

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Measure out 125 grams of semolina. I used semolina from the Mistral.

Pour it in the pan.

Pour the milk, put on the stove.

Cook, stirring constantly with a whisk. As soon as the mixture starts to thicken, immediately remove from heat! Cool the porridge to room temperature.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until a lush light weight.

Add the cooled semolina and whisk.

Add the ricotta. If you are not able to buy ricotta, use cottage cheese, but be sure to wipe it through a sieve (preferably two times).

Mix well.

The form of grease and sprinkle with flour, the excess flour to shake.

Put the mass into shape.

On top put the halves of plums.

Sprinkle plums with brown sugar. Put the form in the oven, preheated to 180° and bake for about an hour. The top should be lightly browned and the middle to be elastic.

Serve the pudding cold.
