The recipe is so simple as it is delicious. Preparing regularly and enjoys incredible demand among members of the "Gang with pigtails" - my rambunctious nieces Elqui, Alka and Yulka. As well as their parents, brothers, aunts, uncles, grandparents... Today rain so restless small fry sitting at home, but we will enjoy this incredible dessert. It's incredibly tasty with any seasonal berries, but now our favorite - raspberry. And I'm going to cook with it.

My raspberries give good to drain and preferably dry - excess moisture we do not need. That ice cream is good spread on waffles, put it to 10 seconds in the microwave at maximum power.
Fill the raspberries and sugar in the bowl of a blender. Scrolling a few seconds. We only need to slightly chop the raspberries, so we felt the pieces, and sugar remained the major grains.
The puree should be in the form of a thick slurry with a minimal amount of moisture.
And then it's outrageously simple, but it must be done quickly, so it doesn't melt the ice cream: take 2 wafers. Each of them spread 1 tablespoon of ice cream. On one half spread 1 tablespoon of raspberry puree. Join the two halves together and quickly put them in the freezer... And so on until you run out of any ingredients.
