Cake with mustard and anchovies
Very simple and easy recipe Kaka, which is perfect for a snack at work or at home. Also it is very good to take to the road, making small molds for muffins. The perfect option if you don't want to bother with plenty of utensils and mixers. The taste of Kaka is spicy and salty, but not overpowering, very balanced.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cream

    120 g

  • Mustard

    50 g

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Black pepper

  • Capers

    50 g

  • Anchovies

    25 g

  • Marjoram

In General, all is very simple. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and sugar. Stir with a whisk.

One by one add eggs. Stir. The mass becomes quite thick.

Then little by little add the melted butter. Stir. The mass is not so dense.

Then slowly add the cream. Stir.

Now put the dough capers, anchovies, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir to evenly distributed in the dough.

In prepared pan (or small ramekins), pour the dough. Sprinkle the top with oregano. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 50-55 minutes (small cups will be enough 20 minutes).
