Apple strudel
Very tasty!!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    900 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

The dough in advance, remove from the freezer. Wash the apples, peel.

Remove the core, cut into pieces.

In a pan melt the butter, pour the sugar, add the apples. Fry until Golden brown, stirring frequently to not burn.

Add the cinnamon, stir again.

Saute for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool.

Crushed Savoiardi into not very small pieces. To prepare the nuts. Grind the kernel into halves or quarters.

Cooled Apple mixture to the mix with nuts and biscuits.
