Description
For me Wild West is the canyons, the Indians and the cowboys. In childhood we often played for some reason, only Indians, ran through the fields, hills and ravines. See the valley of the canyons was only a dream... why not dream together, enjoying a hearty, flavorful pie with the wild-wild rice...

Cooking
Wild rice, boil until tender in salted water. Then drain the water, wash rice with clean water.
Pepper wash, peel. Cut into cubes.
Onion peel, wash in cold water, finely chop.
Cut the ham into cubes. Crush the garlic.
Greens (I have, unfortunately, only parsley) finely chopped.
Fry the onion together with pepper. Separately fry the ham with garlic. Then in a Cup combine the cooked rice, fried onions with pepper, roasted ham with garlic and herbs. Mix well.
Eggs, salt, flavoring, beat with a mixer. Add eggs to a bowl of stuffing and stir.
The dough is thawed, roll it out and put in a form. On pour the batter mix is ready - stuffing.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40 minutes, focusing on your oven. Optional sprinkle cake crumbled goat cheese for 20 minutes before the end of cooking. (my daughter asked not to put)
