Cupcake home
Absolutely simple, but very tasty and quick cake. Baked it several times, each time changing the filler (already had a Mac, raisins, now that's nuts).

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Hazelnuts

    1 cup

The dry ingredients (sugar, flour, semolina, soda) is poured into a bowl and mix well.

Add the melted butter.

Pour in the yogurt. All carefully stir.

Now cupcake, you can add anything that tells a fantasy: raisins, nuts, candied fruit, poppy, cocoa or coffee, cinnamon or vanilla. I had the nuts. Stir.

Pour into the form. Put in a preheated 180 gr. the oven for 40-50 minutes (time is relative and depends on the oven, and shape).

Spread on a dish.

The cooled cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze: sah.powder mix with warm water, heated on the stove until about 40-50 g. Pour over the top of the cupcake.
