Honey cupcake
I want to dedicate this recipe to Oksana (Oxana_71 )and Tanya (Ttshka), because thanks to them I met the cakes based on rice flour. I really liked it. Thank you for the wonderful recipes!

Ingredients

  • Rice flour

    200 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Honey

    120 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    120 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Instant coffee

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Raisins

    70 g

  • Walnuts

    80 g

  • Water

    80 ml

  • Sugar

    80 g

Cooking

Mix flour with spices, soda, nuts and raisins.
