I want to dedicate this recipe to Oksana (Oxana_71 )and Tanya (Ttshka), because thanks to them I met the cakes based on rice flour. I really liked it. Thank you for the wonderful recipes!

Cooking
Mix flour with spices, soda, nuts and raisins.
Coffee dissolving in water. Eggs with sugar beat until fluffy, then continuing to whisk, add the honey...
Pour the resulting mass to the flour mixture and mix thoroughly.
Put the dough into greased pan or tins and send in a preheated 170 degree oven. Bake until dry splinter (it took me almost 1 hour).
The finished cake remove from the oven and cool in the form, then put on the grill until cool.
This cake can be stored at room temperature for up to 6 days.
