The secret of the delicate taste of these pancakes lies in the use of Ricotta cheese.

We need: 2 eggs, 500 ml milk, 200 g flour and 20 g of olive oil for the pancake dough. For the filling: salmon, leaf lettuce, Ricotta cheese, Pesto sauce, garlic.
