Recipes meatballs very much, but decided to share my favorite! Turns out very tasty and thick sauce, perfect as side dish to rice, potatoes and just as a separate dish!

Cooking
The ingredients for the sauce.
Medium tomato (I prefer pink) is triturated in a blender with a quarter onion, add garlic, pepper mix, parsley, milk, starch and flour, add salt and again grind blender.
Take pig-ground beef, a pound.
Finely chop the remaining onion and 10 minutes in warm water soak the rice.
Rice and onion added to mince, salt and stir.
Formed small meatballs and put in a roasting pan. (you can prior to cooking the meatballs, roll in flour and fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil. Also it's good anyway, but I like it without frying)))
Pour the sauce and put it on the stove under a lid for 30-40 minutes, depends on the size of meatballs, orientirueshsya of cooked rice.
Serve hot as a separate dish or side dish - still delicious! The sauce is rich and thick.
