Description
Delicious and healthy chocolate truffles with the addition of oat bran. At the request of the truffles you can roll them in coconut flakes or crushed nuts, top with melted chocolate.

Cooking
In the recipe using oat bran TM Mistral
In a saucepan pour water, add sugar, stir and bring to a boil over medium heat. Omit the butter and cook until mixture begins to thicken.
Oat bran grind using the grinder to the flour
Dry milk (or infant formula), oat bran mix with cocoa powder
Slowly pour in the oil mixture in small portions. (it may be necessary in incomplete volume). The mixture should be plastic. in order to form the truffles.
The finished truffles (the size of a walnut) dip them in cocoa powder with powdered sugar.
