Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients for brownies:
In a water bath melt the chocolate and butter
Chocolate-maslany mixture add sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder (must be sifted through a sieve) and mix well. The mixture turns quite thick.
Then add eggs, one at a time definitely (good mix up first, then add the next, etc.)
After got the eggs, add the flour (make sure to sift the lumps we do not need), salt and knead well the dough.
Ingredients for the cheese layer
She prepared very simply and quickly: put all the ingredients into the blender and punch.
The form 24*24 cm covered with parchment. Pour half of chocolate batter, then add blueberries and cranberries and pour on top of the remains of the chocolate batter.
