Cooking

step-0
The first thing we pull out of the freezer and black currants. While we make the dough, it thawed a little. And turn on the oven.
step-1
Softened butter (I soften it in the microwave, do not melt completely, I bring to very soft), sugar and vanilla put in a bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth.
step-2
Add the egg, beat again. Add the orange zest, just shot from orange. We need 1 tablespoon of zest, which is about half orange.
step-3
Add wine and sour cream. Mix thoroughly with a spatula or spoon. We had a very fragrant and delicious blend. ))
step-4
Sift the flour into another bowl, 2 tbsp deferred. In the same bowl sift the baking powder and add salt. Mix well.
step-5
Mix both mixtures (the flour and the butter-sugar), well and gently stir until smooth.
step-6
A little ottavia berries crumble in deferred flour (2 tbsp). And enter them in the dough. Carefully stir.
step-7
Test fill muffin tin 2/3...
step-8
And bake in a preheated 190 degree oven until done, 20-30 minutes (depends on oven). Readiness check with a wooden stick - dry - then ready. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly in tins.
step-9
Take out of the molds. When serving, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar. Bon appetit! Based on the recipe from the magazine "Lisa" with my significant changes.
