Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    1 cup

  • Butter

    6 Tbsp

I did a half portion. The oven is heated to 190 deg. (I was 200). Flour mixed with baking powder and salt, add sugar, mineral water, cheese and knead the dough

Spread the batter in the pan, top with small amount of melted butter and bake for 20 minutes

Then to get bread and again sprinkle with oil. Leave in the oven for 5 minutes, then brush with oil and hold it in the oven for 5 minutes, then brush with remaining oil. Total baking time 30 minutes. I'm a little grill would redden hurting the top, because the bread turns pale
