Chocolate Liqueur Cake with Pineapple
Tender chocolate cake with a taste of liqueur-type Baileys and sour pineapple, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    1 pack

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

  • Juice

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

1. Beat eggs with sugar and a sachet of instant coffee.

2. Melt the margarine in the microwave (I put on defrost) 3. Add to egg mixture, pour in the liqueur (I was like Bailey's, even better))) and half a Cup of pineapple juice from the can. All beat

4. Flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa, sift and mix with the rest of the mixture
