Our family has a little tradition - on the first of September and the last call on our table have to be cake. This time was a walnut cake with two kinds of cream - fruit and nut yogurt. Turned out delicious - kids and husband liked it. Help yourself!

Cooking
Biscuit: egg whites to separate from yolks. Whip whites with 1 pinch of salt, then gradually add sugar and beat to a foam. Stir in the egg yolks.

Fruit cream: soak gelatine in cold water. Prunes, honey, cinnamon, zest and juice of half an orange to grind immersion blender.
Gelatin to dissolve in a hot water bath, mix with a few tablespoons of apricot jam and mix with pureed prunes, add the remaining jam and mix well.
Whip the cream and add to mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Walnut-yogurt cream: Soak the gelatin. Orange juice to boil with the zest. Gelatin to dissolve in a water bath and add to juice.
The juice is a little cool, mix with a few tablespoons of yogurt, then add the rest of the yogurt. Whisk and add the cream.
Impregnation: pour water into a saucepan and put on medium heat. Gradually pour in the water, the sugar, dissolve it in water and bring to boil. Add the juice and zest of orange. Allow to cool. Cakes drizzle with syrup.
Collect the cake: a side from the shape, which is baked in the cake wrapped in cling film. On the dish lay out one layer of the cake, around it set the side forms. On the cake spread with fruit cream.
Cover with a second cake layer and coat with walnut-yogurt cream. Put into the fridge for 4-5 hours.
