Strudel with cherries
Airy, light, sour. Delicious, try it.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    250 g

  • Cherry

    500 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Cherry (not defrosting), mix with sugar and starch.

Roll out the dough quite thinly into a rectangle.

Stepping back from one end (narrow) of 10 cm, and with the other three to 3 cm pour breadcrumbs. Should get a square in the rectangle.

Spread the filling on the square.

Turn the Swiss roll from the narrow edge to edge with no toppings (10 cm).

Carefully zasiyaet side, turn the roll seam side down. Grease the pan with oil and roll. Bake at temperature 200 gr. 40 minutes.
