The winter version of the strudel with cottage cheese and raisins.

Cooking
Soak raisins for 20 minutes. Drain in a colander to drain, dry with paper towels.
Butter mixed with warm water, add the flour, a pinch of salt knead the dough. Knead until the dough becomes elastic.
Roll the dough into a ball, grease with vegetable oil, wrap in clingfilm and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
To make the filling. Curd proteret through a sieve, add 2 eggs, raisins, flour, sugar. Mix well.
Put the dough on a heavily floured work surface. Roll out into a thin layer, stretch.
On the formation of a thin layer spread the filling, roll into a roll.
Preheat the oven to 180°, roll, put on greased baking tray, bake for 40-50 minutes, until the strudel is lightly browned. Ready sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions.
