Pie
Tasty pie filled with a mixture of two kinds of jam and fresh apples, filled with a light meringue.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Jam

    1 cup

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    4 piece

Cooking

Connect 2 kinds of thick jam, add cornstarch and apples, cut into thin slices, mix well.

Egg whip the egg yolks with 1/2 Cup sugar, add chopped margarine or butter, vanilla, salt, flour and soda.

Thoroughly knead the dough and divide it into 2 parts.

In one part add a little more flour,knead thoroughly, and another roll on a greased baking sheet.

Spread on the dough stuffing.

From top to grate the remaining dough.

Now make a light meringue: whip whites with the remaining sugar.

Pour on top of cake, leaving a 1/3 of the mixture.

Add in the remaining protein mass, cocoa powder, stir with a spoon until blended.

As above - pour over pie in a chaotic manner.

Bake in preheated oven 30-35 minutes at 180-200 degrees. The cake turns out tender and flavorful!
