Cooking
Beat butter with salt and sugar until it forms a foamy mass, add vanilla.
One at a time into the dough, add the eggs, and then mix the whole mass. Add milk.
Then add flour and soda (soda is better to repay vinegar). Knead the dough. Divide it into pieces. I turned six.
The pieces of dough out thinly. On the bottom of the form put the dough, then berries, and so, alternately, all the layers.
The top layer should be batter. Prescription need to put about 1 kg of berries, but to overdo it is not worth it, this cake is well baked through.
Bake at a temperature of 150-200 deg. about 40-60 min, depending on the height of the cake and amount of berries.
