Cooking
We prepare everything we will need for the salad.
Breast do, following the recommendations on the package.
Zucchini or zucchini cut into half-slices. Garlic finely chop.
Fry the zucchini in olive oil, which can be replaced by sunflower, until Golden brown. DO NOT ADD SALT!
Breast cut, as you like. I cut this way.
Sent breast to the zucchini, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Stir. spread the garlic and remove from heat. Cover with a lid and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Spread contents of skillet into the dish, add the olives and lemon slices. Pour juice from the pan. The salad is served warm.
