Carrot tenderness
Tasty, tender and very useful carrot cakes for the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Hercules pour 1/2 Cup of hot water and leave to infuse

Dried apricots wash and also soak it in hot water.

Peel the carrot and grate on a fine grater

Softened dried apricots chopped

Mix grated carrot, soaked oats, chopped dried apricots, add sugar and flour.

To form patties, put them in a form greased with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven for 10 mins on one side, then flip and another 10 mins on the other side.

Serve with boiled rice.
