Julienne with meat of krill
Very tasty and tender turned galenchik with krill meat for seafood lovers (and we have some fans...). I propose to try. You won't regret it

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Krill meat

    200 g

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Parsley

    10 g

  • Green peas

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

Cooking

Onion peel, cut into cubes and fry in butter

Eggs boil, cool and chop (arbitrarily)

Grate cheese on a fine grater, greens cut (not included in photo, sorry)

Green peas to fill the plate

To open a jar of krill meat

Mix the sardines in oil (1 jar - 200 grams), fried onions, chopped eggs, 3 table.tablespoons frozen peas (it is possible and without it), chopped greens, 2 tables.a spoon of mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly. Lay on the cocotte (I came up with 6 pieces).

Sprinkle with grated cheese. To put bake in the oven at 200* until the cheese melt (about 7-10 minutes)
