Tomatoes stuffed with eggplant
Lying around in the freezer a handful of frozen eggplant, thought and thought where they would stick and decided to participate in the contest "Fast from Moulinex". Delicious it turned out.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Eggplant

    200 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Spices

From tomatoes, scoop out the flesh. Eggplant to fry together with the insides of the tomatoes at the end add the chopped garlic, salt, pepper

On top of the tomatoes put fried on both sides, the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper on top, sprinkle with oil and put bake in a heated oven.

In 20 minutes you can eat. Delicious and with potatoes, and buckwheat, and pasta, and you can simply with some bread.
