Description
Wanted to make meatballs of squid, but without eggs, alas, they fell apart (although I always do meat without eggs, and cutlets will be much softer). Long thought what to make with ground beef and came up with this casserole... my Husband loved it, and then I decided to show you. Well, since this is my own creation, suited to the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Cooking
The beans cook in boiling salted water 3 minutes, drain in a colander.
Clean the squid, mince together with 1 onion. Add boiled rice. Season with salt and pepper. Minced thoroughly knead.
Mushroom sauce: mushrooms soak in water, slice onion, fry in vegetable oil, add the mushrooms (I had frozen mushrooms). Although it can be white to do, but they took me in the potato meatballs with onions and mushrooms - all around savings. White mushrooms, strain through a sieve, into the broth to dissolve the flour and to enter in the sauté, mix everything carefully and warm up 5 minutes, Add the greens.
Calamari beef to roast in a pan, stirring constantly.
Collect casserole: beans put into the form, pour mushroom sauce, sprinkle with sliced garlic.
Beans - calamari stuffing, sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour the mushroom sauce.
Bake for 40 minutes at 220*C. Bon appetite!!!
