Carrot cupcake with walnuts
After all, baking is a favorite :) I Love the smells that waft every time out of the oven. And each time it is different :) this time the delicious smell of cupcake.

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

  • Candied

    0.5 cup

Stir the eggs, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil and stir well. Then add the carrots, coconut and mix well. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and add to mixture. To mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Add the nuts and candied fruit, mix well.
