Apple caramel pie
Well, not a masterpiece, of course... But sometimes it's not the soft, airy sponge cake, and crunchy shortbread pie... Although more like a biscuit with apples and drenched in caramel. Recipe collection of "Delicious, fast and convenient"

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Apple juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Beans

Cooking

Mix the flour with the chopped butter, powdered sugar, salt, vinegar and beaten egg.. Chopped the mass, knead the dough.

Put the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Apples peeled, cut into thin slices. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and sprinkle the apples.

Roll out the dough, put in shape, making a small bumpers, prick with a fork. Pour on top of beans. Put in a preheated 200*C oven and bake 10 min. my form is not very good, so I lined it with baking paper.

Remove the pan from the oven, remove the beans, put on top of apples. Spread out on the surface of the pieces of butter. Bake for another 20 minutes.

To make the caramel. Melt the sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, add Apple juice and stir, cook until the consistency of caramel.

To get the pie out of the oven, pour the caramel and bake for another 8 min. at a temperature of 250*C
