Mousse
It's soft, fluffy raspberry dessert!

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    1 cup

  • Egg white

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

0.5 cups berries to grind with powdered sugar and let stand in a cool place until the berries will not give juice.

Beat the whites in a very cool foam.

Continuing to whisk, to enter the berries with the powder.

If necessary, add a little more powdered sugar. In mass pour 0.5 cups of whole (unmarked) berries and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Sort vases and decorate the most beautiful berries.
