I love kohlrabi, a nice little cabbage in my opinion. Experimenting with it in different salads, different dressings. The next experiment was very, very tasty

Cooking
Cabbage kohlrabi shred or grate on the Korean grater, a little salt and poulet hands
Rinse the raisins and pour boiling water for 10 minutes, drain and dry
Dressing mix finely-chopped pickled ginger, orange zest, orange syrup and oil "Oleyna" with regard to syrup. I always cook orange jam syrup from jam. If it is not possible to replace liquid honey+orange juice
Pour the dressing into the salad and stir. Bon appetit!
