The beet salad and sea buckthorn
Sea buckthorn is a recognized champion in vitamins and other vital biologically active substances. It unlike many other fruit plants are almost all the main water - and fat-soluble vitamins or their predecessors. Eat in good health!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    150 g

  • Sea buckthorn

    80 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

Beets wash and send in the steamer for 30 minutes. Allow to cool.

Grate beets on a coarse grater.

Add sea buckthorn and mix well.

Garlic clean.

Pass through the press to the salad.

Add 3 tablespoons of yogurt and mix well.

If desired, add salt, sugar, horseradish or vegetable oil at your discretion (I added mustard this time).
