Baklava Baku
Delicious, nutty, hearty. Maybe my recipe is different from the present, but the taste, the baklava is not inferior. Lovers nuts, should be like.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Peanuts

    600 g

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Saffron

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

Mix the milk, egg, oil, honey. Salt.

Add the flour, yeast. Knead the dough and put in a warm place.

While the dough is cooking, prepare the filling. Peanuts to roast, clean.

Nuts skip through Mincer, add sugar, cinnamon, saffron.

Ready divide the dough into 8 parts. Each roll out into a thin layer along the length and width shape, a thickness of about 1 mm.

Prepared carefully cut baklava into pieces (diamonds), but not cutting the bottom layer. Lubricates the yolk. And in every piece (diamond) lightly press the walnut kernel.

Put in the oven for 35-40 minutes, at t\'180-200C. 15 minutes until cooked, remove baklava and glazirin her (syrup+honey). Retractable back into the oven. After time remove the finished baklava and cut.
