Pretty easy to make cookies, but nonetheless very tasty. It will look spectacular on a festive table.

Cooking
Egg mixed with chopped into small pieces butter and sour cream.
Add sugar, one egg white, salt, flour with baking powder. Knead elastic dough.
The nuts for 4 minutes, fry on a dry pan, remove and grind.
Divide the dough into two equal parts. In one part add vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly. In the other cocoa powder and nuts, and also mix thoroughly.
Both tests roll out into a rectangle 3mm thick on a floured table. Both layer of dough grease egg white. Put the dark dough on top of the light and roll into a roll. (I got two rolls). Put them in the freezer for 40 minutes.
Take the dough out of the freezer. Cut the roll slices thickness of 5mm.
Put the cookies on a baking tray, previously greased. And put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
