Pumpkin balls
Very bright, Sunny and delicious balls! Tastes like pudding. Mild and delicate texture of this dish will not leave indifferent lovers of healthy and appetising food.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    270 g

  • Potato starch

    270 g

  • Water

    270 ml

  • Coconut milk

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    220 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

  • Almonds

Cooking

In a coffee grinder to grind rice into flour. Sift.

The pumpkin to boil in a little water until soft, then through the blender to mash into a puree.

The pumpkin puree add the starch, rice flour, sugar and salt and mix well. A thin stream pour in the coconut milk and water, stirring constantly.

The resulting mass pour into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. Keep on the stove until until the batter slightly thickens. Transfer to a sieve.

Then cook for a couple 10-15 minutes (or in a double boiler or slow cooker). Remove and cool slightly.

From the resulting mass to make balls and roll in coconut flakes or crushed almonds. Serve warm.
