Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Tofu

    150 g

  • Lemon

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mint

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Kiwi

    2 piece

Cooking

Beetroot and kiwi fruit peel pears from the skin and seeds. Cut into strips. Pears sprinkle with lemon juice, not to dark.

Dressing: Mix lemon juice, olive oil, chopped mint leaves and soy sauce, Kikkoman.

Mix the beets, pear and kiwi. Possible without kiwi.

Put on the plate. Pour dressing and sprinkle with tofu. I already diced. Bon appetit! Enjoy!
