  • Lemon juice

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    10 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Hake fillet cut into pieces, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and leave for 20 minutes.

Cut onion into half rings and fry until soft.

Natiraem carrots on a coarse grater and add to the onions, simmer for 15 minutes. Then add the tomato paste diluted in 1/2 Cup water, sugar, peppercorns, Bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Add vinegar and 5 minutes to sauté. (Photo failed)
