Focaccia with cherry
And again my favorite cherry.. this time with Focaccia:) VERY sweet, soft dough of the Focaccia, combined with tart cherries, abundantly sprinkled with powdered sugar..

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    1 kg

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Water

    350 ml

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

1. Dissolve yeast in warm water, add flour, salt and sugar to visit dough. Pour in the olive oil, knead for another 5 minutes, until until tender light, well-oiled dough. Put in a bowl cover it with cling film and leave in a warm place.
