Salad
This versatile salad because you can prepare it in different variations. A light salad will work if fill it with sour cream instead of yogurt. Yogurt is known to be very good for the metabolism. In this description I used smoked sausage, but it can be better to cook with low-fat smoked meat. It happens that guests refuse evening salads because of their heavy filling ( mostly mayonnaise), and this salad perfect for those watching their figure, and welcomed a healthy diet.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Pepper remove seeds, wash. Cut into thin strips.

Onion cut into half rings.

Sausage or meat cut into strips, garlic finely chop.

All the ingredients put in a salad bowl. Yogurt, vinegar, salt and pepper and whisk. Pour this dressing on the salad, sprinkle the sliced green onions. Salad cooked according to the recipe for "Cook" №3 2012.
