Salad with Chinese cabbage and ramen noodles
An interesting salad I found on the website Chefkoch and quite a bit has changed. A nice addition to salads galego season.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage Chinese

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Noodles

    2 pack

  • Pine nuts

    100 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Spices

Cabbage disassemble the leaves, cut off the thick base, washed, dried and cut into strips. Onions cut into rings.

Crush the noodles with your hands and pour a bowl of salad. Nuts and seeds fry in a dry pan and add to salad. For the sauce, mix water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and sunflower oil. Instead of salt and pepper add your favorite salad dressing.

Pour the cooked sauce salad three hours before serving. Bon appetit!
