Roll out potato dough with bacon
Delicious, tender loaf that will fit to a soup or as a hot entrée. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Chili

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

For the filling: onion, chili pepper and bacon into small cubes, fry in 2 tbsp butter until Golden brown.

Cucumber RUB on a small grater.

Add to stuffing and mix well.

For the batter: Potatoes RUB on a small grater, add salt.

Add the sifted flour, baking powder and starch. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, sour cream and eggs. Add to potatoes with flour.

Knead dont stick to hands dough. If the dough sticks, add more flour. Fold it in a bag and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Roll the dough in a layer of 3-5 mm, to spread and flatten the filling.

Roll the roulade along the long side. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment, seam side down. Grease with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 degrees 40-50 minutes. Serve hot or warm. Bon appetit!
