Cooking
Form for baking vystelit parchment and put the oven on 180 degrees. Dissolve cocoa in boiling water and cool to room temperature.
Mix the eggs, 1/4 of the cocoa mixture and water and vanilla.
In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients (sugar, flour, starch, baking powder, salt), add the soft butter and the rest of the mixture of cocoa and water. Mix it all together.
In the end add in 2 hours of egg-chocolate mixture.
Pour the batter into the molds and bake 20-25 minutes.
Remove the cake, give 10 minutes to stand up and cut in half.
Generously grease apricot jam.
Make the glaze according to the instructions on the package and pour the cake on top.
