Description

Rolls of beef with sauerkraut
Soft chop meat with a juicy stuffing with cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Salt

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cut the meat into slices, to beat off.

On one side put a bit of cabbage, roll it in.

The resulting rolls to spread in greased form for baking.

The flour slightly to fry on a dry pan, add sour cream and water. Bring to a boil while continuously stirring, add salt.

Pour sour cream sauce rolls.

Bake in the oven at medium temperature for 30-40 minutes.
