Salmon, baked with vegetables
Delicious salmon with fresh summer vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

  • Lemon juice

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Cauliflower

  • Tomato

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Soft cheese

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

I apologize in advance that I do not write the number of grams of each ingredient, always do everything by eye and taste. So, take the salmon fillet (I bought somewhere in the 600-700 gr), cut it into large pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and allow to stand for half an hour.

Pink salmon fry in sunflower oil.

Onions cut and fry too.

Carrots cut into long thin slices, like Korean. fry in the same oil.

Divide cauliflower into florets and boil them.

Potatoes cleaned, cut slices and put on greased form.

On top of potatoes put fried salmon.

Around the salmon to spread out cauliflower.

Sprinkle onions with carrots.

On top put the chopped tomatoes, sprinkle with chopped dill.

Beat the egg with sour cream, spices and salt.

Pour the fish with vegetables whipped cream and put in the oven. I baked it for 40 min. Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and another 5-10 minutes in the oven. Bon appetit!
