Mini donuts with cocoa
Air, smelling of chocolate donuts. Treat yourself and your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Cocoa powder

    20 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Milk

    40 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Melt the butter and allow to cool to room temperature.

Half of the flour sift with salt and cocoa. Then add the yeast, sugar, honey, eggs, milk and butter. Cover with foil and leave for 1 hour.

After an hour the dough will become to look like this. Gradually stir in remaining flour.

The dough should be soft and slightly sticky. The flour, of course, may vary in either direction depending on quality.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and a mold to cut small doughnuts. I got 26 pieces, with a diameter of 5 cm to Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.

Fry in hot oil and drain on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.

Melt the chocolate and cover them with donuts.
