Cooking
Wash the meat, dry, cut into serving chops (about 150 grams). To recapture, pepper, sprinkle with seasoning. (I'm not salted).
Cucumber (I marinated) to grate on a coarse grater.
Spread the cucumber on top of chop.
On top of the cucumber - mayonnaise.
Put chops on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
On the side, certainly better than the potato puree. But today I wanted makaroshek.
