Description

Salmon-teriyaki (improvisation)
"Teriyaki" in Japanese means "blazing hot". It is so called because in the cooking process the marinade forms on the product a brilliant film. In addition, this method of cooking product in which it (chicken, meat, fish) are first marinated in a sweet sauce consisting of soy sauce, mirin, sake and sugar, and then grilled and smeared the sauce. I marinade a little altered it, as neither mirin nor sake I have. Yes, and the rest of the ingredients based on improvisation.

Cooking

step-0
I cooked salmon teriyaki. Took 4 steak sockeye salmon.
step-1
Put in the prepared sauce overnight in the fridge
step-2
Cook under the grill. I cooked in the micro under grilley spiral. To shake off the remnants of the sauce with the fish, put it on a slow fire to thicken. To warm up the spiral grill and put in a couple of minutes under the grill salmon on the grill (the grill grease). Then brush to coat the fish with sauce on both sides, turning over every 1-2 minutes. So cook for about 10 minutes. If in the oven, the time intervals and total cooking time should be increased to 1.5 times the given thickness of the steaks. The fish turns out beautiful colors (photographed in the evening, so the color is not quite the one that was).
