Ingredients

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Broth

    100 ml

Cut meat and recapture.

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and the grated Parmesan. Add Basil and thyme. Add lemon zest and lemon juice. Salt. Add sour cream and mix well.
