Pork with beer bavarois
Very tasty, tender meat is obtained, but the beer taste is almost not felt. But the bread turns out absolutely amazing!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Onion

  • Green peas

    0.5 cup

  • Green beans

    0.5 cup

  • Carrots

  • Bread

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Beer

Pork cut into portions and repel, salt and pepper.
