Juicy chicken croquettes with couscous
A great buffet dish for new year's table will be the juicy chicken croquettes with couscous and spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • The processed cheese

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Couscous

    0.25 cup

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Flour

    0.333 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.66 cup

Cooking

Fry the onions, add the flour and stir fry 2 minutes.

While stirring, a thin stream add milk and boil until thick, add grated cheese, mix well.

1/4 Stena couscous TM Mistral pour 1/2 Cup of boiling water and leave to swell for 10 minutes.

A breast boil, cool, chop finely, add half of the sauce and the couscous. Stir, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, mix well.

For the batter, prepare the plates with flour, beaten egg, breadcrumbs.

From stuffing make balls, dip them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot vegetable oil until Golden brown.

In the remaining sauce add the garlic, dill, sour cream and grind in a blender.

In the glasses put the hot sauce, put on top of the juicy croquet, decorate with slices of cucumber.
