Vegetables baked under a bread crust
Offer you a fragrant, delicious dish of vegetables. Prepared simply, it can replace a full dish or dinner.

Take zucchini, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, hot red pepper and arbitrarily cut fairly large chunks. Sprinkle with vegetable oil, stir.
